How do I add products to Danagi?
Every company has the opportunity to offer its products on the Danagi-B2B marketplace. This can be done immediately after registration either manually or via CSV import.
Simply go to “Profile” in the top right corner and then click on “Article” or follow this Link. Now you have the option between Create new article manually and Import article, where you can also download an example file and a list of all categories.

Who determines the prices?
The prices are defined by the respective manufacturer, distributor or reseller. Danagi attaches great importance to clarity, but respects the pricing policy of each individual company.
How does availability come about?
Availability is determined by the respective manufacturer, distributor and reseller. This can either be updated manually, via CSV or via the API. If there is a connection via the API, the stocks are automatically synchronized with the respective merchandise management of the customer.
How do I update the product information?
The product information must be updated via the backend. The changes are not limited and products can be updated as often as required. Here it is essential to always provide the most accurate and truthful information.
How do I optimize my products?
Danagi.com attaches great importance to clarity and accuracy. Please provide any information that describes the product. The main fields are: name, images, bullet points, description, keywords and technical details of the product.
What payment method does Danagi offer?
As a seller, you have the choice between direct debit and invoice. At the beginning of the following month you will receive a collective invoice from Danagi for the commission fee incurred in the previous month. If nothing has been sold in the past month, there is no commission fee.
How long does the delivery take?
Danagi.com is a purely online platform and is considered an intermediary between manufacturers, distributors, resellers and their customers. The delivery time is determined by the seller. As far as possible, this is encouraged to indicate the delivery date that will be assigned to your order and that the buyer will be able to see at all times.
What if there are problems with an order?
You can contact Danagi.com at any time with a case. Please create a case for the associated order and describe your request in as much detail as possible. Danagi.com will contact the seller on your behalf and will try to resolve the matter.
How do I get my bills?
Danagi generally does not send any invoices by post, these are deposited in your account. As soon as an invoice is made available, you will be notified via email and can download or print it out.
Where can I find my bills?
Sellers are encouraged to upload invoices for each purchase. These are automatically assigned to your account. Danagi thus ensures that all your invoices can be found in your account and are labeled accordingly.
How long will my bills be saved?
Your invoices will remain in your account indefinitely until you delete them. You can access your invoices as often as you like during this time.
How does the sales rank come about?
The sales quantity determines the sales rank. The more often a buyer orders a product using the keywords specified in the search, the better the product ranks for these keywords.
How do I improve the visibility of my products?
A product can be placed better if it is properly optimized and has a good sales rank. The popularity of a product is also crucial.
