Tartufo Extreme La Perla

In 1992 Sergio Arzilli founded his company La Perla in Turin. A gluten intolerance made it no longer possible for him to work in the family-owned pastry shop. He turned to the reinterpretation of the famous chocolate truffles from Piedmont and in almost 30 years created extraordinary creations of this specialty.

Tartufo Extreme with a soft texture that retains an unexpected, crispy heart because of the cocoa chips it contains.

Ingredients: Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa splinters (16%), butter, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavor: natural vanilla.

May contain traces of gluten, eggs, milk, nuts and other pods.
