Tartufo La Perla Nera

In 1992 Sergio Arzilli founded his company La Perla in Turin. A gluten intolerance made it no longer possible for him to work in the family-owned pastry shop. He turned to the reinterpretation of the famous chocolate truffles from Piedmont and in almost 30 years created extraordinary creations of this specialty.


Ingredients: dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, cocoa content at least 52%) hazelnut paste, sugar, torron chips, (Piedmont hazelnuts IGP, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, protein), cocoa powder.

May contain traces of other nuts and milk.
